Request a Return
Request a return within 30 days after receiving your TURBOOM order. Submit the details below and wait for approval and shipping instructions before returning the product.
Tell us about your order
Have your order number and product SKU ready. Describe the reason for the return and whether the product has been installed or used. Provide relevant photos; our team may request further photos or video to confirm the condition or issue. Contact support@turboom.com for assistance supplying additional evidence.
Non-defective returns: The product must be uninstalled and unused, and the buyer pays return shipping.
Wrong items or quality issues: After confirming the issue, TURBOOM arranges a return or exchange and covers the related costs. The unused or uninstalled condition for non-defective returns does not apply.
Return locations: United States returns go to our United States warehouse. Returns from other countries go to our Guangzhou, China warehouse. The exact address is provided after approval.
Refunds: Refund processing is completed within 48 hours after receipt of the approved return, to the original payment method. Actual receipt of funds depends on the bank or payment provider.

Before you submit
Before sending a return: Wait for approval and the warehouse address. For orders that have not shipped, you may cancel for any reason; contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation and returned to the original payment method.
