These Terms of Service govern use of turboom.com and purchases made through TURBOOM. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the version of these terms presented at that time.

1. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or misuse product, pricing or account features.

2. Product Information and Fitment

TURBOOM sells turbochargers and turbocharger parts. Product photographs, descriptions, cross-references and compatibility information are provided to assist identification, but the customer remains responsible for supplying accurate vehicle, engine and original part-number information. When fitment is uncertain, request confirmation before ordering.

3. Orders and Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may contact you for verification and may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment is not authorized, pricing is clearly incorrect or fulfilment would violate applicable requirements.

4. Prices, Payment and Taxes

Prices, currency, available payment methods, shipping charges and taxes presented during checkout apply to the order unless corrected before acceptance. Import duties, customs fees, currency-conversion fees or other third-party charges may apply depending on the destination.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods and estimates are provided during checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier, customs, weather, address and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

6. Installation and Safe Use

Turbocharger diagnosis and installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Before installation, the vehicle or equipment should be inspected for the root cause of the original failure, including oil supply, lubrication, intake, exhaust, intercooler and related engine conditions. Follow the applicable manufacturer and installation instructions.

7. Returns and Refunds

To request a return or refund, use our Request a Return page and provide your order details and reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item. Eligibility, any return-shipping costs and the refund method will be explained during the request process, subject to rights under applicable law.

8. Warranty

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, contact TURBOOM with your order details, installation information and photographs where available. We will review the claim against any written warranty supplied with the product and applicable law. Coverage and remedies depend on those terms; this section does not remove statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The TURBOOM name, website design, product content, graphics and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not copy, republish or commercially use them without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

Product information is intended to help with selection and does not replace proper diagnosis or installation by a qualified technician. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits customer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Questions and Disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact TURBOOM first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, products, services or legal requirements. The version applicable to an order is the version presented when the order is placed, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
