These Terms of Service govern use of turboom.com and purchases made through TURBOOM. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the version of these terms presented at that time.

1. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or misuse product, pricing or account features.

2. Product Information and Fitment

TURBOOM sells turbochargers and turbocharger parts. Products are new aftermarket replacement parts unless the product description expressly identifies them as refurbished. Product photographs, descriptions, cross-references and compatibility information assist identification. Customers should supply accurate vehicle, engine and original part-number information. When fitment is uncertain, request confirmation before ordering.

3. Orders and Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may contact you for verification and may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment is not authorized, pricing is clearly incorrect or fulfilment would violate applicable requirements.

4. Prices, Payment and Taxes

Prices, currency, available payment methods, shipping charges and taxes presented during checkout apply to the order unless corrected before acceptance. The buyer is responsible for applicable import duties and import taxes. TURBOOM handles customs declarations and can provide supporting customs documents when needed. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from Guangzhou, China, or our United States warehouse, depending on stock availability. Handling takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping takes an estimated 8–12 business days and express shipping takes 5–7 business days. Available destinations, methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You may cancel for any reason before an order has shipped. Contact support@turboom.com with your order number. We process the refund immediately upon cancellation and return it to the original payment method; actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier operations, customs clearance, weather and other circumstances can affect delivery.

6. Installation and Safe Use

Turbocharger diagnosis and installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Before installation, the vehicle or equipment should be inspected for the root cause of the original failure, including oil supply, lubrication, intake, exhaust, intercooler and related engine conditions. Follow the applicable manufacturer and installation instructions.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receipt. Non-defective returns must be uninstalled and unused, and the buyer pays return shipping. Products sent in error or confirmed to have a product quality issue are eligible for return or exchange without this unused or uninstalled restriction, with the related costs paid by TURBOOM.

Use our Request a Return page or email support@turboom.com. Provide your order details, reason and relevant photographs or video needed to confirm the condition or issue. Obtain approval and shipping instructions before sending the item. United States returns go to our United States warehouse; returns from other countries go to our Guangzhou, China warehouse. The exact address is supplied after approval.

We complete refund processing within 48 hours after receiving an approved return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; actual receipt of funds depends on the bank or payment provider. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Warranty

TURBOOM products have a six-month warranty starting on the date of receipt. Contact TURBOOM support during the warranty period with your order details, a description of the issue and relevant photographs or video. After confirming a covered product quality issue, we arrange repair, replacement or a refund according to the circumstances and pay the related costs, including any required return shipping. See our Warranty Policy. This warranty does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The TURBOOM name, website design, product content, graphics and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not copy, republish or commercially use them without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

Product information is intended to help with selection and does not replace proper diagnosis or installation by a qualified technician. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits customer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Questions and Disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact TURBOOM first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, products, services or legal requirements. The version applicable to an order is the version presented when the order is placed, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
